All registration fees are included in the registration, so you won’t be surprise between the cost of registration and the price you actually end up paying to race.
We are limiting the field to 125 athletes so that we won’t overload the trail and still be able to maximize the athlete’s race experience.
All net proceeds will be donated to the Lackawaxen, PA Fire Department.
Our events are well-organized, we have great schwagg and shirts, excellent post-race food, and all finishers will receive a medal and Hawaiian lei. Our goal is to put on a fun event that has all the qualities athletes look for.
We provide the athlete an accurate interesting course with instant results with individual race result printouts and TV screen results plus ample water/hydration stations and plenty of porta potties.

PLEASE NOTE
Course marking for a trail event is very important. The forest can disorient runners.
PLEASE DON'T LITTER. Take only pictures and leave only footsteps. We are getting a chance to be part of nature. Please enjoy it! If you get water at an aid station, please drop it right there or keep it with you until the next available garbage can. Please don’t leave gels on the trail.
PASSING AN ATHLETE. Let the athlete know that you will be passing. Please say, “On your left,” before passing them on their left. The athlete being passed should stay on the right side of the trail. If approaching an athlete when you are coming back from the turnaround and they are still heading out then both athletes should stay to their right.
